VINTAGE 1983 RETURN OF THE JEDI C3PO COLLECTOR'S CASE

This was an unplanned purchase. I wasn't searching for it. It just pop up in a local Carousell as I was just browsing casually with nothing in mind to buy. The case appears complete and unbroken. Plus it comes with the original cardboard insert and catalog. I quickly made an offer to purchase it and finally got it yesterday.

This vintage C3PO case has seen better days. There are lots of scuff marks here and there.

Luckily nothing is broken. It has all the 3 tabs that fasten the case. Most of the gold chrome is there.

The case is quite big. The previous owner had placed all the stickers on the label tabs..

The insert is torn a bit. There's the mini catalog and a sheet of remaining unused sticker sheet. Some stickers had started to peel due to dried glue.

Inside the case, I found a C3PO right leg, C3PO head and an Ewok's pouch/bag

Let's fill up the case with the vintage Star Wars figures. There are original vintage figures, not the recent Hasbro retro ones.

Funny thing is I couldn't find Darth Vader slot. Vader is also not in the unused sticker sheet.

The space to store the accessories is a bit small for the Emperor's Royal Guard staff.

The figures tend to fall out when the case is put upright. Had quite a hard time trying to close the case. Many years back when I was still collecting vintage Star Wars figures, I was actively looking for this and also the ESB Darth Vader case. Over time I've forgotten about it. I am happy with this surprise find in the wild!
