My first vintage catch of 2022! This came as a surprise. It was listed in a online store as Assembly Door Rider G7. Wonder if this was a direct translation to his Japanese name. I was shopping for other stuff when this guy pops up. It wasn't cheap for a keshigomu figure but when I saw the back of the packaging, I was sold. The figure can transform into two different vehicles just like his DX version.

The bubble is stapled to the card. There are no year indicated on the card, so I assume this is from around 1980-81, the time when this anime was shown. There is also no brand/logo. If you know what brand this is from, do let me know in the comments. However there's the copyright and Trider G7 round sticker, so I presumed this is a licensed toy.

Unlike the common smaller keshigomu, Trider G7 is about 6" tall.

Here's a close up of the figure. There's actually a very nice illustration on the card.

Closer look at the three modes.

This is the first time I've seen this type of keshi toys. The common keshi vintage robot with combining/transforming action we see these days are Voltron (Lion & Vehicle) keshi by LJN. Very happy to own this. Did a Google search as well as eBay search, nothing comes out. Not sure of its value.
