VINTAGE 1978-79 POPY'S KINGSAURUS ULTRASEVEN LARGE SIZE FIGURE (FOOTPRINT SERIES)

I was in a pre-loved store today when I saw this figure. At first I thought it was a Bullmark figure because of the leg joints. On closer inspection, I saw a Popy logo embossed instead of a Bullmark. I knew this was a vintage Ultraseven. I just didn't know how old it was. There wasn't any info online. All searches led to eBay listing that wasn't relevant. Decided to check with Ultraman Collectors Facebook group. Finally this Ultraseven was identified by two collectors. It's a Popy Kingsaurus Large Size Ultraseven.

There are a lot of scuff marks and paint chips. Not complaining for the price I paid. His height is about 30 cm. It has basic 5 points of articulation.

The Popy logo embossed on his butt.

His feet has a pattern embossed. That's why they call it footprint series.

This is the large size figure. There are also smaller versions (about 16 cm height) with embossed footprint.

Checked eBay the smaller ones are selling like USD30. Large size figures are selling for USD150-180++.
