1980s VOLTRON PART 14 - 1984 LJN LION FORCE AND VEHICLE TEAM ASSEMBLER

Few years ago I saw a boxset of these but I lost the bid in eBay. These are uncommon but they do pop up once in a while, and sometimes for a decent price. After a few misses, I finally got a set of these: LJN Lion Force and Vehicle Team Assemblers.

They are made of rubber and once assembled, the are about 5-6" tall.

These toys have very good sculpting. Unfortunately, they have minimal paint details.

The artwork on both cards are colorful and vibrant. You can find many loose specimens of these in the secondary market quite easily. However most of them are missing the weapons. In the case of Lion Force, most loose specimens I saw are missing the wings and weapons. Do be mindful of that if you're hunting for one. As for eBay price recently - it ranges from USD33-75 for a mint on card specimen.
