The MPP10 Oversize Masterpiece Optimus Prime which is a knock off of the original MP10 had garnered many positive reviews from toy collectors. I've watched the reviews on YouTube and it seems everyone is praising and recommending it. Being a Optimus Prime collector, I've got to see it for myself. Today I've finally got it and this is the first ever KO/Third Party Transformers toy I've bought. Is this KO really that good? Is it better than the original? (as some reviewers put it).
First impression, yeah it looks pretty good. This is oversize (almost double the size of the original), have die-cast contents making it quite heavy. The feel of the plastic is sturdy.

Box art illustration.. can be better.

Inside you get a catalog of KO Transformers toys and Instruction booklet. The toy comes packed in styrofoam!

Accessories includes foldable blaster, Witwicky figure, Energon axe, and Matrix (diecast). The seller also gave me an extra accessory, an Autobot logo (diecast). The chest pieces and the feet are made of diecast.

Notice that Optimus left shoulder have no Autobot logo.

It has all the gimmicks and articulation of the original.

Installing the autobot logo on his left shoulder.

Verdict - this doesn't feel like a KO. It has more painted details than the original, the materials used seems to be of durable quality. It has diecast content. Overall the paint job is sharp and clean. Just one minor complaint on my specimen, there are some chrome issues on the legs. I would agree with the other reviewers, this is one good KO and get it if you're a Prime fan!
