VINTAGE CLOVER PUSH DAITARN 3

I never had big japanese robot toys when I was a kid. The only Japanese robot my mom got for me was a 2" Clover Gokin Daioja. The robot was made entirely of metal but without any color. It was only RM2.50 those days. Guess that's why I am so into this vintage chogokin collection. Anyway, to the Clover Daitarn.

Here's a 1980s Clover Push Daitarn 3, preserved in excellent condition. It can transform into a jet and a tank! And it is heavy with lots of diecast plus lots of weapons! Here's the box art and packaging.

This set looks like a brand new toy. The sticker is still unused. The joints are very tight. It is so tight that I was hesitant to transform it to jet or tank, fearing it might crack. (This toy is over 30 years old..you'll never know.) The chrome is very shiny. It has rocket punch feature. At first the right fist wasn't firing, luckily I was able to fix that. And it comes with some cools weapons - swords, axe, guns (for the tank) and a fan that can open into a shield.

My set didn't comes with instructions. It seems that the instructions are printed on the side of the box. This is made in Japan and eBay price for a mint in box, complete and good condition ranges from USD190-250.
