The final vehicle to complete my Kenner Batman Forever collection focus. I traded this with my The Batman Batmobile that was listed on sale. This set is new in box. Surprisingly, this vehicle is quite big. This is a 2-in-1 vehicle. The Batboat converts to a sleek land vehicle.

The toy is still factory sealed.

Here are all the accessories. Minor assembly is required and there's sticker details for the cockpit control panel.

I am going to leave the sticker sheet intact.

Let's look at the Batboat first. Overall very nice detailing.

Here are the play features - No 1 - Converting to the land attack vehicle! Turn the boat around.

There's a switch on the nose cone. Slide the switch down.

Next turn the steering wheel to the left.

This will allow you to open the sides of the boat.

Then you have to install the 4 wheels. (Yes, I left the small piece of carboard on the Batboat on purpose)

And there you got it! - Batman's Land Attack Vehicle! This is not in the movie. But I am not complaining for the additional play value!

Play feature No 2 - Firing missile!

Play feature 3 - Flip out battle blades on both side of the vehicle.

In the movie, both the Batwing and the Batboat (piloted by Robin) didn't do much. Just came out from the Batcave and got shot down by Riddler and Two-Face. A bit dumb. (At least in the Tim Burton's movie, the Batwing did fire some shots before crashing.) This toy do look good on display. It is quite easy to find in the secondary market (as of now). This is quite a good 1990s toy. I would recommend it if you are a Batman movie vehicle completist.
